That is right FUSE 11 is official. Not only do we have the dates, but we have the cost!

DATES: July 13th-17th
COST: $349

If you are looking for the best summer camp ever, then you need to be on this trip! We are already starting preparations and we are getting excited for what FUSE 11 will bring.

Signups will be starting in early 2011 (TBA)!

Here’s an update on a few bits of news for FUSE10…
1) The deposit is now $200 to reserve your spot for camp. It must be paid in full before May 9th.

2) This weekend, we have 15 high school students going to Awanita Valley for a work weekend. There they’ll be working on various projects around camp, helping to improve what’s already awesome! We’ll have some stories and pictures posted as soon as they get back.

The Last Weekend…

This is the last weekend to be able to register for FUSE10 with a $100 deposit. We’ll be accepting packets and money all weekend but, after Sunday the deposit goes up to $200.

Awanita Valley Work Weekend 2010

Don’t be stuck at home on your spring break! Come with us to Awanita Valley for a long weekend on March 25-29.

Ripple Effect is taking a trip to the site of FUSE during the first few days of NHCS spring break. That weekend we’ll be working on the camp to help improve/get the camp ready for an awesome summer. In addition to a few days of working, we’ll be heading to Atlanta on that Sunday to go to North Point Community Church.

If you’re interested in going, your first step is to pick up an orange packet at Guest Services or the info table of Studio3. The trip cost is $100 and must be paid in full to register. Also we can only take 25 students on the trip.

Figuring out FUSE

Thursday meetings at PC3 have been renamed, “Trip Thursday”. Usually we have an event or a trip to plan for and now we’re in full throttle mode.

FUSE Meeting

Here’s the evidence. Right now we’re planning and reconfiguring what the schedule of events looks like at FUSE10. This year, we’re leaving on different days and different times which means we’ve gotta do everything-differently.

The best thing about this: Planning for 12+ hours of sunlight! Oh February doesn’t stand a chance in comparison to June at Awanita!

Fuse ’10 Video Spotlight!

Last week we held a little contest between Ripple Effect and Tsunami to see who was truly ready for FUSE ’10. The winner would be awarded with this video spotlight. And after carefully reviewing the videos, RE won by an overwhelmingly loud display of their lungs!
